* Step 2: Swipe left or right to shift the price range and click Shift Range

Note: If your selected range is out of the active range, you will be unable to earn fee rewards.

### Case 2: Your initial range is out of the active range <a href="#h.k411wi1iqxwa" id="h.k411wi1iqxwa"></a>

1. The current active range cross-up is greater than your initial range

* Step 1: Log in to[ ](https://www.google.com/url?q=https://position.exchange/\&sa=D\&source=editors\&ust=1677397661515299\&usg=AOvVaw19OE6QKyOkZyGUH4JruDoD)[Position Exchange](https://www.google.com/url?q=https://position.exchange/\&sa=D\&source=editors\&ust=1677397661515490\&usg=AOvVaw03z9JNgxr6orrEk6CSuJfk) and connect your wallet. Choose tab Liquidity

* Step 2: In this case, the system will suggest the active range for you.

To shift the price range, you can either:

* You can click “Shift Range” to move into the suggested active range

or

* Swipe to select the active range and click “Shift Range”.

2. The current active range cross-down is smaller than your initial range

Note: If you select a range that is smaller or greater than the active range, you will have to deposit more tokens to shift to the range you want and click “Confirm”.
